Traditional Winter Carnival in Kotor will start on February 14th and will last till February 22nd. Within this period there will be numerous celebrations and activities such as Maskenball for children on 15th of February and Maskenball in Budva (Hotel Splendid) on 20th of February. Once again Kotor will host numerous local as well as guests from abroad.
