Water and electricity have already been made accessible to the ruin so construction can begin. The ruin is a historical monument, an old captains home can just waits for someone to bring it back to life. The ruin is surrounded by a garden with lush Mediterranean vegetation and fruit trees. The front of the ruin has a great space for a seaside café, restaurant or bistro, or just a large terrace for a private owner. Just over the road is a beach and mooring for a number of vessels.
